Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written refund policy specific to the offer. Any financing agreements entered through third-party lenders (e.g., Elective, Climb, or Affirm) are bound by their individual terms and are independent of these Terms.

All content, materials, videos, templates, systems, software, and other intellectual property available through Rapid Business Acceleration are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for your personal or business use.
